To Maximize your results please observe the following:
• Have healthy eating habits.
• Cut down on fat, fried food, sweet, candy, sugar and alcoholic beverages.
• If you have sweet craving, eat a small piece of sweet preferably dietetic.
• Never skip meals. Have your mandatory three meals a day: a good breakfast, a balanced lunch and a light dinner.
• Drink a full glass of water before each meal in order to maximize your sense of fullness.
• Reduce carbs (rice, potato, wheat and derivate products).
• Vegetables: ± 1 to 5 tablespoons per day (total of vegetables).
• Fruits: ± 4 times a day. Avoid avocado, coconut, mango, grapes and plums in excess.
• Limit carbonated drinks such sodas. Switch to diet or light and use small quantities, sparingly.
• Avoid use of canned/processed foods, with frequency, they are high in salt, liquid intake craving will be exaggerated.
• Prefer skim milk or soymilk. For those who like milk or juice, add 2 tablespoons of oat soy per day, or oat, alternatively.
• Avoid eating after 8:00 at night. Rule is that five hours must go by after your last meal before you go to bed.
• Drink plenty of water – at least 2 liters a day.
• Practice planned exercise three times a week for at least 30 minutes (walking is strongly advised).
• Increase the spontaneous physical activities (stairs instead of elevator).
• To fight hunger late at night or in between meals drink half glass of skimmed milk.
